About the role In this role, you will serve as a senior business-facing technology leader, acting as the primary conduit between Claims stakeholders and technology delivery teams to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, strategically aligned, and delivered with measurable business impact. Engage, build, and cultivate strong partnerships with business stakeholders and IT partners, contributing to technology strategy, solution design, and prioritization decisions. Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore resources across requirements definition, Agile planning, and delivery milestones to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. What you will need to succeed Strong knowledge and experience within the insurance industry; Claims domain experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across business, operations, and technology functions in a complex global environment. Proven history of enabling large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives impacting global user populations. Critical ability to manage and drive multiple initiatives across geographies, ensuring alignment and consistency of outcomes. Analytical and data-driven mindset with a track record of identifying process improvement and optimization opportunities. Experience in Enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) platforms such as Pega or equivalent. Experience supporting large-scale product or platform implementation initiatives.
