Counsel - (Marketing & Advertising Teams)

This role requires a strong understanding of marketing and advertising laws, as well as exceptional communication and analytical skills. Provide legal guidance and support to the marketing and advertising departments of Foot Locker. Stay up-to-date with current marketing and advertising laws and regulations. Review and approve all marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Advise on potential legal risks associated with marketing and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to develop strategies that align with legal requirements. Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in decision-making processes. Negotiate and draft contracts and agreements related to marketing and advertising initiatives. Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary. Train and educate employees on legal compliance related to marketing and advertising. Proactively identify and address potential legal issues. Handle any legal disputes or claims related to marketing and advertising. Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal matters. Communicate legal advice and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Support the company's goals and values by promoting ethical and responsible marketing and advertising practices.
