About the position

Bausch + Lomb is a leading global eye health company dedicated to protecting and enhancing the gift of sight for millions of people around the world. The Supplier Diversity Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing a Supplier Diversity program to enhance supplier diversity objectives across Bausch and Lomb's supply base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier diversity best practices, and a commitment to driving inclusive procurement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create a more diverse and competitive supplier base.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier diversity strategy and program, aligning with company goals and values.
Identify, evaluate, and engage diverse suppliers in categories such as marketing, IT, professional services, and facilities management.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to identify procurement needs and advocate for diverse supplier inclusion.
Provide guidance and support to diverse suppliers, helping them navigate the procurement process and enhance their capabilities.
Track and report on supplier diversity metrics, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to supplier diversity.

Requirements
